Completed in 2025, Svärdskog combines clean modern lines with subtle echoes of its historic past. Set on a private three-hectare plot with its own sandy beach, the house opens fully south to the sea, while a forested area provides shelter from behind. Every window is designed to capture the water, keeping the horizon present throughout the home. Inside, the layout emphasises light, openness, and comfort. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the seascape, underfloor heating ensures year-round ease, and the living area is anchored by a fireplace and lounge seating. The kitchen, equipped with high-quality appliances and a Sage Barista espresso machine, combines everyday function with a touch of luxury.
The spa area extends the experience with a wood-burning sauna and an outdoor shower, creating a direct link to the shoreline. A terrace and patio with dining and lounge furniture invite long days and evenings in the fresh sea air.
