Below you’ll find answers to frequently asked questions about our properties, booking policies, amenities, and support. Booking & Availability

  • How do I book a property?

    Bookings can be made directly through our website. Each listing displays real-time availability and pricing. If you have specific requirements or would like assistance, our team is happy to help.

  • Is there a minimum stay requirement?

    Most properties have a minimum stay of 2–3 nights, depending on the location and time of year. Minimum stay details are shown on each property’s listing page.

  • Can I make a last-minute booking?

    Yes, many of our properties accept short-notice bookings if availability allows. For same-day arrivals or urgent requests, please contact us directly.

  • Can I book more than a year in advance?

    Availability windows vary by property, typically ranging from 6 to 12 months in advance. If you would like to book outside the published dates, please contact us directly and we’ll be happy to assist.

Support & Emergencies

  • Who do I contact during my stay?

    Our support team is available throughout your stay. Contact details and guidance are included in your digital welcome guide, which is provided upon booking confirmation.

  • What if something goes wrong during my stay?

    Please inform us as soon as possible. We aim to resolve any issues quickly and professionally to ensure your stay remains enjoyable.

During Your Stay

  • Is linen and cleaning included?

    Yes. Your stay includes professionally laundered bed linen and towels, as well as a full end-of-stay clean. Mid-stay housekeeping can be arranged on request.

  • What amenities are provided?

    All properties include high-speed, reliable Wi-Fi, cooking essentials (such as oil, salt, pepper, and basic spices), firewood (where applicable), and a welcome gift featuring excellent tea and coffee. For properties with a gas barbecue, gas is provided as standard.

  • Do the properties have jacuzzis, and is there an extra charge?

    For properties that feature a jacuzzi, it is available year-round and there is no additional charge for use.

  • Can I bring pets?

    Some properties are pet-friendly; others are not. Please check the listing or contact us before booking to confirm.

  • I’m a property owner, how do I enquire about Stay North management?

Check-In, Check-Out & Access

  • What are the standard check-in and check-out times?

    Check-in is from 17:00 and check-out is by 11:00. If you require flexibility, we will do our best to accommodate depending on the cleaning schedule and guest turnover.

  • When will I receive access details?

    Full access instructions, including entry codes and directions, are sent 24 hours before arrival.

  • How do I access the property?

    Most properties use keyless entry via smart lock or lockbox for convenience and security.

Payments & Cancellations

  • What payment methods are accepted?

    We accept all major credit and debit cards. For certain bookings, bank transfers may also be possible upon request.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    To secure the reservation, payment is required in accordance with the booking terms displayed at the time of booking.

    A 50% non-refundable prepayment is required to confirm the reservation. If cancelled 30 days or more before check-in, only the prepayment is charged. If cancelled less than 30 days before check-in, the full booking amount is charged.
