Stay North uses its own trained housekeeping team, employed full-time, not a changing network of third-party companies. The same people return to the same homes, working from property-specific checklists and reporting issues after each stay.
Our housekeeping is billed at cost price and supported by our management fee, keeping cleaning costs significantly lower than many local cleaning companies.

Maintenance

A well-managed property needs more than reactive maintenance. Our teams are trained to notice wear, damage, missing items, and small faults before they become larger problems.
